My grandfather, Noah McIntosh was born in the area (1891). He had at least three brothers one of which was named George after whom I am named. I will be in Scotland this fall and will visit the area. Well my sister Mary told me this was a great site and it truly is interesting, I am the youngest of 10 children born in Aberdeen but my family are related to Ritchie's - my mothers maiden name is Catherine Ann Gatt - my father Robert Davidson Innes - and my grandfather was a Mackay born in Rosehearty. I would dearly love to hear from anyone that may be related to complete my family tree. I plan to return to Scotland for a holiday at the end of this year it will be my first trip back since coming to Australia at only 5yrs old so I am absolutely excited about seeing the beautiful scenery as I am now 52yrs old and taking my two sons to see where there family comes from originally.
