Description of What Organisation Does:
We play lots of games, we also have 3 teams called The Lions, The
Foxes and The Squirrels. The boys get points for their Teams for
winning games, clean hands and clean jerseys. We do crafts ie: valentine
cards, Christmas cards and small gifts for mums and dads. We go
trips to let the boys have a day with a difference. We raise our
own funds to pay for our activities and trips. We are very supported
by our parents and the boys enjoy coming to Anchor boys. We are
the youngest section in The Boys Brigade and we are easily recognised
by our red jerseys with the B.B. logo on. Boys are encouraged to
play games that involve sharing and taking turns.

Description of What Orginisation Does:
The Boys Brigade is a Church Organisation and our main aim is 'The
Advancement Of Christ's Kingdom Among Boys.' We do this through
games, team work & discussions. We play a variety of team games,
relay games, quizzes etc. Football is currently the favourite. We
take part in various competitions with other sections in the district
and usually go on outings to local places of interest. In the past
we have visited the Fire Station, Gone out in the lifeboat and visited
Aberdeen football Stadium.

Description of What Orginisation Does:
Boys learn work and discipline. Boys Brigade is a church organisation
so some bible work is done. Boys work for badge work and can also
work for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards along with badge work. Physical
games are also played each week including badminton, volleyball,
indoor hockey, basketball, football, etc.
